Description: Primary Responsibilities: Manage Data Quality and Testing practice within the team. Understand the concepts of data quality, data profiling and accurate and efficient test case design. Ensure end-to-end data quality within the ETL and Data Warehouse pipeline and BI Reporting Environment. Review and approve the work of all Data Quality team members. Ensure timely and accurate work completed, and own responsibility for team performance. Understand and create Advance SQL queries and procedures within a big-data platform. Perform exploratory data analysis, data profiling, and queries to identify issues that are not covered by automation. Analyze and optimize Data Quality business processes, monitor and manage KPIs, and develop teams that can scale with growth Explore new software tools and capabilities to automate system integration testing. Support continuous delivery models using CI/CD and DevOps delivery models in a Data Warehouse environment. Collaborate and communicate effectively across all delivery and support teams. Share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to staff, business sponsors, managers, and technical resources in clear concise language that is appropriate to the target audience Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent work experience 5+ years of Experience working in Test Planning and Test Case Design Hands on Experience in UAT Testing, Regression Testing and Automation Testing 5+ years of experience with SQL, RDBMS and Snowflake 4 years of experience in a data quality review process, eg., Data QA, UAT etc. 3+ Years of experience in Automation and optimization of test workflows. Proven experience with defect tracking and testing techniques Proven experience with requirements gathering and analysis techniques Proven ability to use testing tools Competent to work on complex projects independently Ability to think strategically (outside-the-box) and provide creative solutions Ability to frame problems and opportunities to present solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with or understanding of HEDIS Star measures Experience with or understanding of the Medicare and Retirement and/or Community and State lines of business Proficient in UNIX, Linux Proficiency in Scripting (Batch//Java Script). Knowledge in Dashboard tools (Tableau/Cognos/Business Objects/Power BI).
