Maintain the test scripts and track quality assurance metrics that meet or exceed the PMM requirements. A Test Lead/Analyst will: Develop, publish, and implement test plans Write and maintain test automation scripts and use available automation tools where applicable Develop quality assurance standards as well as define and track quality assurance metrics Participate in and support all Service Processes and ensure adherence to Customers technical standards Ensure compliance with Application and Security system requirements Maintain an understanding of the Application and Business functionality to be tested.
