Job Title: Business Analyst (with technical skills) Onsite Coordinator for Offshore Development Team Location Ann Arbor, Michigan (Consultant must within 20 Miles Only) Job Summary: Skilled Onshore Coordinator to act as a conduit between onshore and offshore development teams. The ideal candidate will participate in Business Analysis (BA) activities, manage communication and coordination between teams, and ensure smooth project execution. This role will work closely with client Delivery Lead to align on project goals and deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact between the onshore and offshore development teams, facilitating clear and effective communication. Participate in Business Analysis activities, including gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications for the offshore team. Coordinate and manage daily interactions between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and work with both teams to resolve them promptly. Ensure that offshore team members have a clear understanding of project requirements and expectations. Conduct regular meetings with the offshore team to review progress, provide feedback, and address any concerns. Collaborate with the onshore Delivery Lead to ensure that project milestones are met and that the quality of deliverables meets the required standards. Develop and maintain documentation for project processes, requirements, and communication protocols. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a coordination or management role, preferably in a software development environment. Strong understanding of Business Analysis principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with data engineering tools and technologies such as Data Lakes and SQL Server. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of cross-cultural communication and collaboration best practices. Strong organizational and time management skills.
