In a higher education module. candidate with leadership in the education space and can lead the fixed asset team Job Description: Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets Consultant (Higher Education) We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets Consultant to advise and support our higher education clients in optimizing their fixed assets functionality. The ideal candidate will lead design sessions, configure solutions, and streamline processes related to asset management, ensuring alignment with best practices and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on best practices for Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets configuration and business processes within the higher education sector. Lead collaborative design sessions with client teams to define requirements and solutions. Configure and test fixed assets functionality, ensuring alignment with project goals and client needs. Partner with technical teams to address data conversion, integration, security, and reporting requirements. Coordinate with change management teams to identify training needs and mitigate change impacts. Oversee configuration management for fixed assets processes, spanning asset acquisition to retirement. Collaborate on data mapping, including chart of accounts alignment and legacy system migration into Oracle Cloud. Produce and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials. Foster effective communication and coordination across project leadership and functional teams. Qualifications: This role is critical to ensuring that our higher education clients achieve efficient, scalable, and user-friendly fixed asset management solutions through Oracle Cloud. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP Fixed Assets module in the context of a full ERP/HCM deployment; Strong communications and client facing skills; Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets implementation, particularly in higher education. Strong experience in configuration, testing, and process optimization. Excellent ability to collaborate across technical, functional, and leadership teams. Skilled in data mapping and documentation development. Familiarity with change management practices, including training material development and impact analysis.
