Submit resumes with a maximum of three pages.Key Responsibilities Pipeline Design & Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines for automated deployment and continuous integration. Utilize YAML and Bicep for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Collaboration & Best Practices: Work closely with development and operations teams to establish and implement DevOps best practices. Follow industry standards to ensure scalability, performance, and security. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for pipeline issues, outages, and critical system failures. Participate in an on-call rotation every 4-5 weeks for 24/7 support. CI/CD Strategies: Contribute to the design and execution of CI/CD strategies for the centralized digital identity platform. Ensure integration with other services and systems. Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor system performance, perform root cause analyses, and implement improvements to avoid future disruptions. Leverage tools like Azure Monitor, Grafana, and App Insights for performance tuning and monitoring. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency. Enhance CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) processes for large-scale platforms.Must-Have Skills Azure DevOps: Expertise in Azure Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, and Boards. Pipeline Coding: Strong familiarity with YAML and Bicep templates. CI/CD Expertise: Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and large-scale, enterprise-level applications. Version Control: Proficient in Git or similar systems. Scripting: Proficiency in Power (mandatory) and familiarity with Python or Bash. On-Call Rotation: Experience with 24/7 on-call support, with a focus on customer service and quick service restoration.Preferred Skills IAM & CIAM: Experience with Customer Identity and Access Management systems. Cloud Infrastructure: In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure, security protocols, and networking fundamentals. Automation Tools: Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or other automation tools. Monitoring Tools: Experience with Azure Monitor, Grafana, and App Insights. Project Experience: Support for centralized digital identity platforms. Use of in-house APIs (e.g., PING) and front-end integrations (React).Project Overview Project Name: MCDI Goal: Develop a centralized digital identity platform for IAM with single sign-on capabilities, integrating all IAM processes. Tech Stack: API: Built using PING. Frontend: React (not required for this role).
