Skills and Abilities Required: Experience working with large-scale infrastructure environments Basic understanding of scripting using Power Working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 Basic understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Preferred: Experience with Windows management tools such as SCCM and Workspace ONE Experience with Service NOW incidents and requests Working knowledge of certificate management process Experience with tools such as Director, Citrix Studio, and Venafi Familiarity with SysTrack or other monitoring tools Experience 5+ years of Citrix Virtual Apps or Desktop experience Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus Essential Job Functions Responsible for the installation, maintenance, configuration, security and integrity of computer operating systems and supporting software Will engage in interactive collaboration with personnel at all organizational levels Engage with customers by collaborating through phone, email, messaging, and video conferencing for developing innovative ideas.
