Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories. Perform data analysis and create detailed reports to support decision-making processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute project plans. Requirements: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is required. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the capital markets or fixed income markets industry. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce or related field. Strong knowledge of capital markets products including equities, fixed income, derivatives and investment banking. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and queries. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements is desirable.
