Expert Software Developer with Oracle PL/SQL & .Net Location: 15 Computer Drive West, Albany, NY 12205 (50% biweekly telecommuting allowed) Duration: 30 months Interview Mode: Webcasting (Candidate required to be on camera) Visa Requirements: Open to all candidates (US Citizens, Green Card holders, Visa holders) except H1B and CPT Job Description: Immediate need for an Expert Software Developer to design, modernize, enhance, maintain, and provide end-user support for NYSIFs Workers Compensation systems. This includes, but is not limited to, Indemnity and Medical payment systems, eClaims reporting systems, and Claims Center integration. The consultant will adhere to NYSIFs application development standards, including project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards, and the IT governance process. Key Responsibilities: Assist with continuous development of WCB Statutory Project WCB change log items Assist with system re-engineering efforts related to the new CompPay system to ensure timely FROI, SROI, first payment, controversy, and installments Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages, views, and triggers necessary to maintain Workers Compensation System such as eClaims Reporting, Claims Center, and SIFHearings Assist with the timely resolution of production issues for Workers Compensation System Assist with system re-engineering and maintenance efforts related to Claims Center written in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, MVC, and .NET 8 Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages, views, and triggers for implementing WCB IAIABC monthly/quarterly statutory changes Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages, views, and triggers for storing and processing WCB Payor Compliance Penalties into NYSIF Systems Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages for New Case System changes due to IAIABC requirements Implement loss service and SSN service (Web Service) changes required by monthly/quarterly WCB statutory change logs Integrate claims data to data warehouse/business intelligence system Requirements: 84+ months of experience in Oracle development, PL/SQL development including Triggers, Packages, Procedures, functions, views, Advanced Queuing, SQL Tuning, and generating a data file from Oracle 84+ months of experience with Microsoft C#.Net and Object-Oriented Programming 84+ months of experience developing web-based systems using Microsoft ASP.NET, MVC 36+ months of experience with .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8 60+ months of experience with JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, and HTML 84+ months of experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server or GIT in a Microsoft Windows environment, including experience in branching, merging, and check-in/check-out 48+ months of experience with Azure DevOps 60+ months of experience with Workers Compensation Claims Processing 48+ months of experience with PPM Pro Additional Information: Full-Time position (40 hours per week) Daily work hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Written and verbal knowledge transfer will be needed as required No additional security requirements or anticipated travel Application: Please include the following in your application: Candidate resume LinkedIn profile Specify if the candidate is currently on your companys W2 or not Required Documentation: Copy of candidates Bachelors/Masters Degree(s) Copy of candidates identification documents (Drivers License for US Citizens, Green Card or Visa and Passport for non-US Citizens) Contact information for three (3) professional references per candidate Regards, Steve Williams | Technical Recruiter | -- Keywords: csharp access management information technology wtwo procedural language New York Expert Software Developer with Oracle PL/SQL & .Net || Hybrid in NY || No H1B & CPT [email protected] |
