Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor Requirements: 60 months of experience using OutSystems to develop/maintain applications for n-tier web deployment 84 months of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop/maintain applications in C# and/or ASP.NET for n-tier web deployment 84 months of experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Cascading Style Sheets 84 months of experience with Oracle: Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc. 36 months of experience using Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) to develop application components for web deployment 84 months of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus 60 months of experience developing applications that follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 36 months of experience in designing & implementing CI/CD workflows 36 months of experience maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) along with HL7 Transformation Additional Information: Full-Time position (40 hours per week) Daily work hours: 8-hour workdays between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm (Monday - Friday) Mandatory ITS Security Agreements, HIPAA, and OMH Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (CNDA) Candidate will attend all New York State/GOER and Agency mandated training programs, including Internal Controls, Prevention of Workplace Violence, Sexual Harassment Prevention, Information Security, and in-house sessions to acquaint the candidate with the OMH applications they will be supporting Knowledge transfer from the consultant/project team to State employees will be mandated.
