Job Description for the same is written below. Title : Computer Systems Analyst Location : Baltimore, Maryland- (onsite) Duration: 6+ months Visa- No H1b Interview :- Face to face Minimum Qualifications: At least (3) years Business Analyst IT experience in working with Maryland State agencies. (i.e., designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining) Exposure to tools like JIRA, TFS, DevOps, Confluence, or Trello for managing requirements and tasks. Technical business analyst experiences managing several projects simultaneously. Understanding of how databases work and basic querying skills, Webservices or API works and basic. Familiar with data analysis tools like SQL, Excel (advanced functions), or basic visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for presentations. Familiarity with Agile methodologies through training or certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Experience in managing and execution of multiple related operational requests / projects simultaneously Experience working in a matrixed environment. Certification in one of the following: Analyst, Computer Systems (Junior), Quality Assurance, Quality Analyst, Project Management, Information Technology Experience in Service Now is a plus. Knowledge of State Government policies and practices. Knowledge of Payment Portal implementation with FMIS Integration Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
