The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of reviewing merchant statements, understanding interchange fees, conducting pricing comparison exercises, preparing competitive pricing quotes, and auditing pricing post-implementation. Key Responsibilities Merchant Statement Analysis: Review and analyze merchant processing statements to identify current pricing structures, fees, and opportunities for optimization. Interchange Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of interchange rates and their implications on overall pricing. Pricing Strategy Development: Conduct pricing comparison exercises to evaluate competitive offerings and identify cost-saving opportunities for clients. Prepare competitive pricing quotes tailored to individual client needs and market benchmarks. Post-Implementation Auditing: Audit pricing post-implementation to ensure accuracy, compliance with agreed terms, and alignment with profitability goals. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align pricing strategies with business objectives. Generate detailed reports and insights to support decision-making processes. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred). 3-5 years of professional experience in payment processing, pricing analysis, or a related role. Expertise in reviewing and interpreting merchant statements, interchange fees, and pricing models. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, pricing software, and CRM systems. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
