Job Title: Senior Mongo DB Engineer (8+ Years) Location: Austin, TX & Sunnyvale, CA Day 1 onsite ( 3 days a week hybrid) About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Mongo DB Engineer. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, building, and maintaining client's robust and scalable infrastructure. You will be responsible for automating and optimizing infrastructure and platforms, ensuring high availability and performance. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, including cluster configuration, performance tuning, and query optimization. Familiarity with MongoDB Architecture and other cloud-based MongoDB solutions. Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems and scripting. Programming Skills: Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash) for automation. Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture is a plus. DevOps and Automation: Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent. Monitoring & Logging: Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience: 8+ years of experience DB Administration & SRE Other Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
