Please share the resume to [email protected] Position: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect Location: Remote: Type: Contract Job Description: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect: As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM systems for organizations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable CRM solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth. Responsibilities: Provide solution architecture consultation and support for product teams; educate business and technology communities on vision, strategy, target architecture, patterns, standards, and trends. Ensure new initiatives are aligned with organization-wide architecture; develop future state roadmaps that enable business objectives. Translate business and technical requirements into architectural solutions that achieve business objectives. Work closely with product owners and managers to ensure a robust architectural runway that supports future business needs. Support product managers in end-of-life decisions for services or systems, including applications, technologies, processes, and information. Maintain a strong understanding of available technologies to provide consultation and leverage tools within the organization. Collaborate with teams to drive the adoption of Architecture Patterns and Reference Architecture across the group. Evangelize architectural transformation and drive modernization goals across the group. INNOVATION STARTS HERE Present solutions in different forums to ensure compliance with industry standards, including security and IAM. Required Skillset: Deep knowledge of business processes and technical capabilities, preferably in the financial services industry. Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate). Experience migrating legacy CRM systems to Dynamics 365. Knowledge of NorthStar architecture for Power Platform. Expertise in multiple infrastructure technology areas (network, mainframe, distributed platforms, databases). Familiarity with compliance regulations, development methodologies, and tools. Strong knowledge of Enterprise and Solution Architecture frameworks. Experience with cloud services, supporting micro-service, and event-driven architectures. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Preferred Skillset: Experience in building and deploying large integration projects. Experience in distributed computing and delivering programs on a cloud platform. Knowledge of integrating vendor platforms (SaaS) with on-prem infrastructure. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform projects. Familiarity with integrating applications via RESTful services or microservices. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience in software application development, OR High School Diploma with 12 years of software development experience.
