Position Title: Business Systems Analyst (Expert Level) Location: 810 Jefferson Street SE, Olympia WA (Mostly Remote with occasional onsite visits) Department: Washington Health Benefit Exchange (WAHBE) Period of Performance The initial period of performance of any Contract(s) and Work Order resulting from this RFQQ is anticipated to begin 2025, and end June 30, 2027. WAHBE, at its sole discretion, may extend the period of performance through June 30, 2030, in whatever time increments WAHBE deems appropriate. Scope and Description: Business Systems Analyst Resources define and prioritize product features to align with business goals and customer needs. They manage the product backlog, communicate with stakeholders, and guide the development team to ensure the right features are built at the right time. Requirements: At least 7 years of experience in the Business Systems Analyst and/or Product Manager role and a bachelors degree in information technology, Business, or another related field. Formal education in Information Technology, Business, or a related field can be substituted for the following years of experience: Masters Degree 1 year Development and implementation of business analysis strategies that drive organizational change by aligning with strategic vision. Coordinating closely with executive and senior leadership to define business objectives, influence decision making, and align analysis with strategic goals. Through deep understanding of cross functional dependencies, coordinates large scale initiatives managing multiple cross departmental stakeholders. Deep understanding of the public sector dynamics, strategy, and market trends. Mastery of data analysis tools used for predictive modelling.
