The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the right individuals have access to the appropriate resources within an organization while also managing IAM-related projects. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing identity and access management systems, as well as overseeing project timelines, budgets, and team coordination to secure the organization's digital assets effectively. The right candidate will have the ability to drive the business objective of the project along with the coordination of day-to-day tasks. The PM should have strong financial management skills. Skills: Experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, and Saviynt). PMI/Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Strong understanding of security fundamentals, identity and access management processes Proven experience in project management, including developing project plans and managing budgets. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and training abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience and exposure with several delivery methodologies including predictive, hybrid, and agile . Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
