They guide and coach the team, ensure team adherence to Agile principles, and facilitate collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external parties. The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day facilitation of the Scrum process, while mitigating risks and resolving roadblocks as they arise. The Scrum Master plays a pivotal role in enabling the team to deliver high-quality, valuable software products on time and within budget, allowing the organization to achieve its goals and enhance user experience. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Companys staff, employees, and business relationships.
