Job Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer with Certification Location: Hybrid in Columbus, OH (Need Local Candidates With Local DL) Duration: 1 contract Work Experience: (13) Years Visa: US Citizens or Green Card Holders/Only (NEED LOCAL CANDIDATES WITH LOCAL DL) Job Description: The candidate will support t he client Information Technology ServiceNow Delivery Team, specifically , THE SERVICE NOW PRODUCT. This position will function as a skilled ServiceNow Developer within the Department of Information Technology. Potential projects include: Enhancement & maintenance of existing custom solutions Solutions development in the ServiceNow platform Service Catalog item development Participation in requirements and/or design review sessions Ability to design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform that satisfy business requirements communicated in writing and/or verbally Ability to troubleshoot/debug issues in existing applications. Ability to troubleshoot/debug platform issues using the System Logs and/or debugging tools. Ability to use various browser-based debugging tools (ex: Chrome, IE, Firefox) Ability to conduct demos with client stakeholders and elicit feedback. Ability to work in an Agile project management environment Possess excellent communication skills; both oral and written skills including strong meeting and work session skills Proven experience in handling data conversion including but not limited to data integration (real - time and batch) mapping, transformations, bulk data import/export, mass updates, cut over plan, exception handling Required: 5+ years of ServiceNow Client and Server JavaScript coding experience (Ex: Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, UI Pages, JellyScripts, etc.) 5+ years of ServiceNow Client and Server Scripting APIs (Ex: GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, etc.) 5+ years of experience building custom workflows 3+ years of HTML/CSS/AJAX development experience 3+ years of role/group-based ACLs configuration and debugging 1+ year of Service Portal development (e.g. Widgets, Service Portal Pages, AngularJs) Desired : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ITIL V3 Foundations Certification UX/UI Design Trust is Contagious!!
