They will need to be extremely polished, have experience in development (Java) and have moved into a Systems analyst type role. They need to be super senior, think 15+ years. Need 7+ years of experience in Java. Key skills: Very Polished Knowledge of Cust and Package APIs Java Development Experience SQL Data Analysis Understand Entire API lifecycle Part of the Scheduling Ecosystem Team Part of a New scrum team small in size, about 5 people This team is part of a larger Scheduling IT scaled agile program. The goal is to create an omnichannel experience for patients so that when they book an appointment through any of our methods phone, online, text, mychart, IVR the data, CX, and offerings are consistent. The Ecosystem Team will focus on integration between Epic software and our custom digital properties, identify how to create cross-system and end-to-end observability, methods to ensure reliability, and improve resiliency across the ecosystem. This team will operate in a scrum way but will be directed by an Architect rather than a traditional product PO. System analyst needs to have technical proficiency, documentation skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills as their work will connect product teams, adaptability, and attention to detail. Less important is scrum story writing although understanding the big ecosystem picture (systems thinking) and breaking it into workable pieces is needed. Sr Level or above.
