Only candidates currently living in Wisconsin will be considered. Evidence in the form of a drivers license or other government ID will be required. Summary Help desk capabilities with 2-5 years of experience in HelpDesk environment. Candidate relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Well-versed with software deployments, installations and in a variety of the HelpDesk concepts, practices, and procedures. Provides a limited degree of work guidance and leadership to other personnel. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Excellent customer service skills required. Top Skills & Years of Experience Windows 11 support (2-3 years) Microsoft 365 support (2-3 years) Apple and Android mobile phone support (2-3 years) Proven ability to deliver customer support InTune Nice to Have: Cherwell Ticketing Scripting and automation Microsoft Teams Microsoft End Point Configuration Manager Interview Process: Microsoft Teams interview. Video and Audio on. Duration of the Contract: Through 6-30-25 with possible extensions. Onsite or Remote Onsite or remote: Must be a CURRENT WI resident. NO RELOCATION ALLOWED. Hybrid work model, candidates will be required to be onsite at least 50% of the time, rotating bi-weekly. Additional details: Onboarding will be on-site first 2-3 weeks. Candidates must be willing to work one week on site and one week remote, rotating.
