This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to deliver actionable insights and drive business performance. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective management of data assets to enhance business performance and decision-making. The analyst will assist in fostering a data-driven culture, optimizing data processes through automation, and ensuring compliance with data governance policies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and support business intelligence tools used to provide real-time information critical to decision making and partnering with key stakeholders to identify, design and implement tools intended to improve processes through automation Perform data analysis to support sourcing and purchasing decisions, focusing on cost optimization and supplier performance. Leverage ERP systems, particularly SAP, to manage and enhance procurement processes. Analyze procurement data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline purchasing workflows and improve supplier management. Utilize advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation. Navigate and adapt to customer portals and internal systems, learning processes quickly. Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, supporting strategic procurement initiatives. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or related roles. 4+ years of experience with ERP systems. 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP. Proficiency in procurement analytics, with expertise in cost analysis and supplier evaluation. Advanced skills in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Ariba. Familiarity with Fieldglass.
