Role: Field Service Engineer Technical degree (Tech School, Associate, or Bachelor's) in a discipline such as Electronics, Industrial Mechanics, or a related field. Alternatively, training and experience from a Military Technical School. Prior experience working with hand tools and basic electrical test equipment is essential. Microsoft operating system knowledge is required. Mechanical, electrical, and software troubleshooting skills are highly desired. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and traveling regularly within the territory. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
