This role will play a crucial part in transitioning member care and servicing from costly human agents to efficient, AI-powered digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kore.AI CX solutions, strong Python skills, and a proven ability to enhance AI quality, accuracy, and speed. Qualifications: Strong experience with Kore.AI CX solutions, specifically the Experience Optimization (XO) platform. Proficiency in Python for complementary technology integration. Deep understanding of conversational AI technologies and their application in enhancing member servicing. Expertise in integrating AI solutions across multiple channels and backend systems. Familiarity with enterprise-grade AI tools, middleware, and Azure cloud services. Proven track record of tuning AI platforms for quality, accuracy, and performance improvements. Experience in healthcare or insurance domains, particularly with claims, policy coverage, and provider networks will be given priority consideration. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a solution engineer and Kore.AI administrator for CX-focused initiatives. Utilize the Kore.AI Experience Optimization (XO) Platform to design, build, train, and manage AI-powered virtual assistants. **Not EX** Enhance conversational AI capabilities to understand human communication, intentions, sentiment, and emotions. Optimize omnichannel integration across servicing channels, including call centers, live chat, SMS, email, voice assistants, websites, and mobile apps. Leverage Kore.AIs no-code interface to create AI-powered solutions Integrate enterprise systems using connectors, middleware, and API-enabled services in compliance with Azure cloud standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve speech recognition, authentication automation, and intent understanding. Ensure efficient and accurate routing of inquiries to human agents when necessary.
