Expertise in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or Trello for managing product backlogs, sprints, and workflows. Ability to write clear, actionable user stories and epics with well-defined acceptance criteria. Familiarity with use case modeling and story mapping Basic understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP), endpoints, and integrations to support development discussions. Awareness of system architecture (frontend, backend, database) for technical feasibility assessments. Familiarity with QA processes, automated testing, and tools like Selenium, Postman, or Cypress. Defining test scenarios for user stories Using data to prioritize features and validate product performance Functional Skill SetBacklog Management and Refinement Prioritizing and managing the product backlog to ensure the delivery of maximum value.
