Job Opportunity: Service Desk/IT Support Specialist Location: 2 MTC, Brooklyn, NY 11201 Duration: 12 Months Job Description: Join the Public Safety Technology Operations Center team! The PSTOC Analyst will: Provide telephone & email tech support for NYPD, FDNY, DCAS, and OTI Public Safety staff. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telephony issues. Participate in Service Desk projects to enhance quality and efficiency. Perform account management, password resets, and incident resolution. Work collaboratively with Tier 2/3 and Vendor Support teams to meet SLA standards. Document events, actions, and resolutions in Remedy. Work alternating shifts (Days/Nights/Weekends) in a 24/7 environment. Mandatory Skills/Experience: 8+ years experience in a service desk environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite & remote desktop software. Strong verbal/written communication, problem-solving & customer service skills. Knowledge of ITIL framework (ITIL v3/v4 preferred).
