Job Description | Employment Type | Contract | Rate/Salary | $90/hr in C2C | Job Location | Collegeville, PA(Onsite) | IBM | Job Title: SAP Fieldglass Implementation Lead(12+) Key Responsibilities: Lead the full lifecycle of the SAP Fieldglass implementation, from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support. Collaborate with client stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and requirements. Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. Lead and motivate a team of project coordinators and analysts, ensuring strong performance and successful project delivery. Manage project risks and issues, resolving them in a timely manner. Foster a collaborative environment across internal and external teams, ensuring open communication and alignment. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. Ensure the project is delivered within budget and timelines. Ideal Candidate: Experience: Minimum of 3 successful SAP Fieldglass deployments, preferably at a global scale. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large project teams, including project coordinators and analysts, and drive team success. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions. Industry Knowledge: Experience in Life Sciences is a plus, but not mandatory. Project Management: Strong organizational and resource management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Qualifications: Deep expertise in SAP Fieldglass, with extensive hands-on implementation experience. Strong leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and foster a high-performing work environment. Ability to manage complex project dynamics and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, global environment.
