SAP FSM (Field Service Management) Consultant Remote US Citizens and H1 Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FSM (Field Service Management) Consultant with a proven track record in implementing and configuring SAP FSM solutions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) or Government industries, strong hands-on expertise with SAP FSM and SAP S/4 HANA, and the ability to optimize field service operations effectively. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM), including implementation and configuration. Extensive background in field service operations and processes, specifically within A&D (Aerospace & Defense) or Government industries. Strong expertise with SAP S/4 HANA integration and functionality. Technical Expertise: Proficient in configuring sub-modules in SAP FSM, such as: Resource Planner Technician Skills Management Time and Material Journal Approval Functionality Smartform Settings Knowledgeable in Work Order Management, GEO Enablement for Mobile Integration, Schedule and Dispatch, and Service & Mobile Device Management. Experience with SAP Mobile Asset Management. Familiarity with configuration capabilities in web and mobile applications for SAP FSM. Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering (IT, Industrial, etc.), or related field. Responsibilities SAP FSM Implementation: Design, implement, and configure SAP FSM solutions tailored to optimize field service operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Identify and address gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with key stakeholders. System Configuration & Support: Configure sub-modules, including Resource Planner, Technician Skills Management, Time & Material, and Smartform settings. Provide hands-on configuration for both web and mobile applications. Ensure seamless integration between SAP FSM and other SAP modules. Troubleshooting & Support: Manage and resolve SAP FSM incidents while adhering to defined SLAs. Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting for SAP FSM systems. Training & Documentation: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users to ensure proper system usage. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including technical designs and requirement specifications. Process Optimization: Leverage expertise to refine functional and non-functional requirements for technology services. Analyze and evolve technical designs to maintain alignment with system standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver SAP FSM solutions that meet cost, time, and resource constraints. Key Skills: SAP FSM system implementation and configuration. SAP S/4 HANA integration. Work Order Management and GEO Enablement. Resource planning and mobile device management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
