Relevant experience within SAP Field Service Management or Work Management. Experience in configuration capabilities in web and mobile applications for SAP Field Service Management Product. Configuring sub-modules in SAP FSM: Resource planner, Technician Skills Management module, Time and Material, Journal approval functionality, and Smartform settings. Strong knowledge of Work Order Management, GEO Enablement for Mobile Integration, Schedule and Dispatch, Service & Mobile Device Management.
