Develop use cases, user stories, visualizations, and process flows to ensure clear understanding. Gather, refine, and validate the Voice of Customers (VOC) to identify business challenges, opportunities, and risks. Act as a subject matter expert for requirements, ensuring documentation and process details are understood by all teams. Prioritize requirements and collaborate with delivery teams to define and evaluate solutions. Work with product owners to align backlog priorities with strategic business goals. Ensure compliance requirements are met, document processes, and participate in compliance activities. Support UAT testing, successful capability deployment, and post-launch activities, including bug resolution and backlog management.Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking domain. Direct involvement in multiple cross-functional process improvement initiatives. Skills: Proficiency in Agile methodologies, documenting user requirements, and SAFE Agile practices. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
