The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake and ETL Tool - Talend, Informatica BDM skills /UNIX Responsibilities Develop and maintain ETL processes using Talend to ensure data is accurately and efficiently loaded into Snowflake. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Optimize and tune ETL processes to improve performance and ensure data integrity. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to ensure timely and accurate data processing. Implement data quality checks and validation processes to maintain high data standards. Provide technical support and guidance to team members on ETL and Snowflake-related issues. Create and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data flows, and data models. Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed. Work closely with data architects to design and implement scalable data solutions. Conduct performance testing and optimization of Snowflake queries and data models. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to ETL and Snowflake. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data processing and analytics capabilities. Qualifications Possess a strong background in ETL processes and tools, specifically Talend Demonstrate expertise in Snowflake data warehousing solutions. Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills. Show proficiency in SQL and data modeling. Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes. Knowledge of data governance and security best practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and architectures. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Experience with Agile development methodologies. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
