Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Configures the system, tests the solution with users. Prepare user training manual and test scripts. Supports cutover and stabilizes the solution, provides post go-live support. Oracle HCM certification is highly desirable. Manage post-implementation support and maintenance activities is desirable.
