Conversion at 90 days is rare and pre-specified by Capgemini, but the right to hire remains in place. Location: Charlotte (Preferred), New Jersey, Chandler AZ, Minneapolis MN, Des Moines IA, Saint Luis, Denver CO Work schedule details: Hybrid - 3 days in a week onsite Details: Required Qualifications: Extensive experience in installation, administration, development, and configuration of US regulatory reports such as FR Y-9C, FR Y-14 A/Q/M, FFIEC031/041, FFIEC009, FRY-15, FRY-11/2314, liquidity reporting, Basel-IV US implementation, etc. Knowledge of installing Controller View CV10x from scratch, configuring, administering, and setting up permissions and groups. Wide-ranging understanding of Controller View objects, including Data Sources, Data Model, Aggregation, Shorthand, Portfolio, Modify models, FreeForm/Tabular Reports, etc. Proven self-dependent Axiom coding experience with the ability to work without guidance or support. Proficiency in Database, SQL, and PLSQL skills. Experience in implementing solutions with Axiom scripting language, Unix, and Autosys Jil scripts for the automation of Axiom jobs. Performance Tuning and Automation: Hands-on experience in performance tuning, including any report automations involved. Experience in understanding business requirements definition, technical requirements process documentation, and end-to-end implementation. Work on the technical aspects of the project, perform coding, debug/modify the source code based on specifications, and contribute to the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process. Experience in working in Agile projects, including participation in Backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Daily stand-up meetings. Take ownership and accountability for assigned project deliveries by proactively engaging with various stakeholders. Efficiently reproduce reported software problems, analyze data, and collaborate with team members towards solutions. Resolve challenging issues, often with limited information in Axiom, to meet regulatory deadlines. Quick starter in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills. Nice to Have: Certification: Certification in AxiomSL Controller View product is optional but highly preferred.
