Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Remote work Interview: Video Interview Description: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in AIOps, IT Service Management (ITSM), Event Management Pipeline, and Big Panda integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT operations and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain AIOps solutions within ServiceNow to enhance IT operations and automate incident response. Implement and manage ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management. Configure and imize the Event Management Pipeline to ensure efficient event correlation and incident management. Integrate Big Panda with ServiceNow to enhance event management and monitoring capabilities. Perform system administration tasks, including user management, access control, and system upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other team members. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture. Experience with AIOps, ITSM, and Event Management Pipeline within ServiceNow. Proficiency in integrating Big Panda with ServiceNow. Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Strong programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant languages. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
