ANM helped them figure out through a cost-benefit analysis (CBA) that switching to ME5 was worth the investment because it could replace other products they were paying for from different vendors, saving them money in the long run. Now, the project is about setting up those new features or tools from ME5 so they can eventually take over and fully roll them out themselves.
