Role Summary:
The Client Administration team provides the day-to-day recordkeeping for a wide variety of non-qualified executive benefit plans and related financing programs for corporate, bank, and credit union clients. The Client Admin Coordinator provides key support functions for this dynamic team and will be responsible for a range of duties to support efficient operations including scheduling, acting as a liaison for internal/external stakeholders, maintaining data, and managing key cross-department responsibilities such as processing vendor invoices.
Responsibilities

High Level Tasks and Roles/ Responsibilities

Project Integration Management
1.  Direct and manage EDDNext workstream efforts.
2.  Oversee all project stakeholders and staff.
3.  Assist in creating and/or updHigh-Levelating project charter and project plans.
4.  Update Project Status Report.
5.  Update PAL Senior PMs with information for required PAL documents.
6.  Preparing for upcoming activities within the workstream:
a.  Obtaining authorization from stakeholders;
b.  Analyzing and presenting business needs and feasibility to stakeholders.

Project Scope and Change Management
Validate and control scope through:
1.  Requirement traceability and scope variance reporting.
2.  Performing integrated change control.
3.  Conducting change configuration tasks.
4.  Delivering Monthly Reports as stated of proposed changes that impact the scope.

Overseeing Project Risk and Issue Management
1.  Identify and mitigate risks and assist in updating Risk Register.
2.  Manage risk response planning.
3.  Assist in the creation of tools for the management and resolution of issues.
4.  Conduct meetings as needed to ensure any impediments are resolved expeditiously.5.
     Prepare Risk Mitigation Plan to include suggestions on how to mitigate risks.
5. Update Project Status Report.

Project Communication and Stakeholder Management
1.            Facilitate weekly status meetings and document action items with the Project Team, stakeholders, 
       and technical staff.
2.  Direct stakeholder management and communication.
3.  Communicate with stakeholders using the latest PMBOK tools and techniques.
4.  Oversee and control Project Team communications.
5.  Utilize Microsoft Teams/SharePoint to store and present key information to the EDD Management
      Team, stakeholders and Project Team.

Overseeing Project Schedule Management
1.  Maintain and update the project schedule, which includes the consolidation of project schedules from various sources.
2.  Assess and adjust resource load for project activities.
3.  Define the sequence of project activities.
4.  Establish schedule maintenance and reporting.
5.  Maintain the MS Project schedule.
6.  Development of adhoc hypothetical scenarios for project schedule changes.

Project Resource and Workload Control
1.  Manage day-to-day project work efforts.
a.  Estimate and assign resource load for project tasks.
2.  Ensure Project Team hours are tracked and documented.
3.  Report on project status and other needs as required.

Budget Change Proposal
Draft and revise the State Budget Change Proposals (BCP) and supporting documents in alignment with PAL and Department of Finance (DOF) documentation.

Additional for PAL PMPAL SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
1.  Coordinate and update project plans and PAL documents.
2.  Coordinate updating the baseline schedule tied to CDT PAL stages.

Required skills and qualifications
1.            A minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
2.            At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a Senior PM of one (1) or more large or complex IT projects.
3.            Possession of a *Bachelor's degree. Four years of experience, in addition to the years required above, may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
4.            A valid *Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
