Candidate should be able to bridge gap between business and technology solutions, leveraging expertise in Loan IQ to enhance operational efficiency in loan servicing, reporting and risk management. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering and Analysis - Collaboration with Stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them to technical solutions. Loan IQ expertise - Provide Subject Matter expertise on the Loan IQ Platform, including configuration, customizations, day to day user support and integration with other systems. Workflow optimization - Analyze existing loan workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design/developing streamlined processes that enhance accuracy and timeliness. System Implementation and Testing - Partner with operations/finance team to support/test Loan IQ system implementations, upgrades and enhancements. Regulatory Compliance - Ensure loan Operations align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Issue Resolution- Trouble shoot and resolve Loan IQ-related issues, providing timely support to end-users. Qualification: Skills Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience as Loan IQ SDK developer. Proficiency in Loan IQ with hands-on experience in system configuration and support. Skills: Strong understanding of Loan lifecycle processes, including syndication, servicing, and reporting. Expertise in business process mapping and workflow optimization. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Tools: Proficiency in SQL, scripting and Excel is big plus.
