PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM Must Have Skills & Years of Experience: PeopleSoft Development Experience in PT 8.5x+ environment & 3-5 years of experience. PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 9.2 or Financial and Supply Chain Management Technical Experience & 3 5 years of experience. Oracle and SQL Knowledge (debugging and performance tuning) & 3-5 years of experience. Good To Have Skills: Basic understanding of HCM functional areas PeopleSoft HCM / FSCM 9.2 production support experience. Working knowledge of State of Wisconsin human resources Could be required to work some weekends and nights if necessary.
