Job Title: Lead PostgreSQL DBA Location: Onsite Raleigh NC/ Hartford CT Contract Type: Contract (C2C) Must be USC/GC only, no other visas for specific role. Rate range: $55-$60/hr. , sorry dont have flexibility this time Qualifications Required Skills: Must have Lead experience. Proven experience as a PostgreSQL Database Administrator with 10+ years of hands-on experience. Strong understanding of PostgreSQL internals, including architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Extensive experience with cloud-based database deployments (AWS preferred). Experience with database replication, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions. Experience with database security best practices and implementation. Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience with other relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL). Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools. Relevant certifications (e.g., PostgreSQL Professional, AWS certifications).
