Position: Performance Architect Location:: Boston, MA (Onsite) Type: Contract Job Description: Experience: 5+ years in IT with expertise in performance engineering (analysis, testing, tuning). 3+ years with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or custom load generation. Skills: Development of performance simulators using Java, PL SQL, Python. Proficiency with performance diagnostics tools (DynaTrace, AppDynamics). Strong analysis skills for system metrics, thread/heap dump. Broad knowledge of middleware, databases (relational and non-relational), and caching systems. Deep understanding of Linux OS, including performance monitoring. Experience with AWS cloud services (preferred). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, source control systems. Automation of performance testing in CI/CD pipelines (nice to have). Experience in Agile development environments.
