Technical Expertise : Must possess excellent scripting skills, hands-on capabilities, and the ability to work on accelerated timelines. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively interact with business teams and make impactful decisions. Strategic Thinking : Ability to advise the client, think strategically, and act as a trusted consultant. Implementation Experience : Knowledge of SamPro implementation and experience working with ServiceNow partners to ensure efficient and honest collaboration. Hands-on Role : A senior-level SME with expertise in ServiceNow. Managers Expectations A strategic thinker who can make a meaningful impact. Ability to accelerate initiatives, improve user experience, and implement B2B workflows. Knowledge of the latest AI features in ServiceNow. Can switch between roles such as analyst, engineer, tester, and PM, based on project needs. Required Qualifications Experience : 12+ years of implementing multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, and B2B Workflows. Healthcare Expertise : Proven experience in healthcare projects. ServiceNow as a Tool : Successfully implemented ServiceNow as a self-service platform for employees and utilized it for knowledge management with KCS methodology. Process Improvement : Demonstrated ability to improve processes and reduce operational costs through workflow automation. Full-Stack Technologist : Experience executing projects with minimal dependencies. Integration : Knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with Workday, Salesforce, and payer-specific applications. AI in ServiceNow : Hands-on experience with AI capabilities. Responsibilities Drive ServiceNow implementations with minimal dependency on external partners. Work closely with the business team to create automated workflows. Evaluate current processes and enhance the user experience. Stay updated on the latest features of ServiceNow to advise on strategic initiatives. Additional Notes Candidates should be senior-level professionals with proven consulting expertise.
