Experience managing Oracle cloud and Apps R12 Support, Infrastructure engagements in multiservice line environment Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all provided Apps Support services and all client communications and reviews. Responsible for effective delivery of all support services within agreed SLA and meeting all client expectations. Responsible for seamless coordination between onshore and offshore delivery teams=. Should work & monitor team in EMEA and US time zone. Responsible for adherence to all CG and client processes and introducing best practices to the engagement Effective governance with routine review meetings with support teams and Customer Effective SLA management, communication, escalation and risk Management Capacity/Service Transition planning for upcoming support services Working with client management on account management and potential business growth Initiating/monitoring continual service improvements with Support Analysts and SMEs Risk & Issues review and mitigation planning along with Team Manager, SMEs and Support Analysts Client feedback review and analysis to ensure fulfillment of any gaps Client expectation management.
