Job title: Senior ERP Business Process Consultant Location: Remote Overview : A public sector client of ours in Austin, Texas is looking for a Senior ERP Business Process Consultant (CAPPS/PeopleSoft) for a 6-month remote contract opportunity that could potentially extend. Due to the nature of the role, they are only considering remote candidates who are currently residing in Texas at this time. Our client, a CAPPS HUB Agency, seeks a professional for the Finance division to review the current CAPPS configuration for efficiency and evaluate best practices to optimize system use. The goal is to reduce staff workload, increase reporting accuracy, and minimize system maintenance. This role involves working closely with cross-divisional executives, directors, and other stakeholders, as directed by the CFO, to analyze and re-engineer CAPPS business processes. * Due to the sensitivity of this role, candidates who do not meet the minimum requirements for this role will not be considered at this time* Required Qualifications 10 years' experience with CAPPS Business Process Design/Redesign/Reengineering best practices 10 years' experience with Business/System/Data Analysis and Improvement 10 years of experience with developing various reporting mechanisms 10 years' experience with ERP/CAPPS Financials/PeopleSoft in Texas 10 years of proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office products 10 years of strong verbal and written communication skills 10 years of experience with CAPPS modules, including General Ledger (GL), Commitment Control, Purchasing, E-Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Receipts, Inventory, Assets, and Grants 10 years' knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial modules implementation and post-go-live experience, with an emphasis on process improvement 5 years of experience leading five (5) or more state agency CAPPS Financial implementations Preferred Qualifications 2 years of familiarity with TCAPPS configuration within a Texas state agency Regards _______________________________ Suryangi Resource Consultings Services Inc.
