They need a Patient Information Management System (PIMS) to replace their disconnected systems. What They Need They need 3 Business Analysts profiles for a 6 to 12-month project to lead these any one of the following areas: they need 3 Business Analysts, with each BA assigned to one specific workstream. So, they are looking for: 1 BA for Client Acquisitions / Onboarding / Front Office 1 BA for Clinical Care Management 1 BA for Financials & Revenue Cycle Management Each BA must lead one specific workstream, so any one workstream is not enough to cover all their needs. They require three separate profiles to fill all roles. 1 Client Acquisitions / Front Office How new clients (pet owners) are onboarded. 2 Clinical Care Management How patient care and medical processes are handled. 3 Financials & Revenue Cycle Management How billing, payments, and financial data are managed. Who Should Apply 12+ years of experience (at least 5 years in clinical settings). Strong background in business analysis for healthcare or veterinary clinics. Role & Responsibilities Business Analysis: Understand the current system and what changes are needed. Identify gaps & inefficiencies in patient care, billing, and client management. Document workflows, business rules, and patient data handling. Help standardize processes across all clinics. Work with teams to define system requirements and functionality. Project Planning & Coordination: Manage workstream tasks, timelines, and priorities. Ensure smooth communication between teams. Track project progress and report risks/issues. Work with IT and leadership to make key decisions. Testing & Migration Support: Help with system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure the new system meets business needs. Assist in data migration and making sure all records are transferred correctly.
