They should also be proficient in Microsoft 365 administration. Security Knowledge : The candidate must have a strong understanding of information security principles and practices. This includes knowledge of antivirus software, patch management, server virtualization, and enterprise-class storage arrays Communication Skills : The ability to refine and communicate information security requirements effectively is crucial. The candidate should be able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Problem-Solving Abilities : The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, communicate, and resolve issues related to IT systems investments Experience with Monitoring and Optimization : The candidate should be experienced in developing and implementing methods for monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all infrastructure systems Collaboration and Teamwork : The candidate should be able to work collaboratively with various departments, including IT, security, and operations teams, to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the infrastructure systems REQUIREMENTS General knowledge of network management and analysis tools, including Cisco Prime, NetBrain, Meraki. Good understanding of the organizations goals and objectives. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
