Collaborate with sales and services teams to meet customer requirements. Implement backup, disaster recovery, storage consolidation, and data protection solutions. Optimize systems through upgrades, performance monitoring, and audits. Comply with customer security and operational requirements. Lead technical design and implementation for customer solutions. Perform system health checks and monitor alerts. Technical Expertise: NetApp FAS, AFF, E-Series, and FlexPod solutions. ONTAP 9.x, SANtricity, StorageGRID. Storage protocols (CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, FC/FCoE). Data protection (Snapshots, SnapMirror, SnapVault). VMware, Cisco UCS, and core networking. Qualifications: Top Secret Clearance Bachelors degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience). DoD 8140 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE).
