Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on Service Catalog and API integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with business needs. Design and implement custom workflows, scripts, and automation within the ServiceNow platform. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members. Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on Service Catalog and API integrations. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, including designing and implementing integrations. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications is a plus.
