Role- Salesforce Administrator Location: Arizona 100% remote for 6 months but interview will be face to face and has to visit office in 3 months Visa: Only USC/GC Salesforce Administrator We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with a strong technical background and a knack for problem-solving. This role will focus on configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform to meet our business needs while fostering collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize the Salesforce platform to align with organizational requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document user requirements. Troubleshoot system issues and implement efficient solutions. Analyze business processes and translate them into Salesforce functionality. Generate data-driven insights through analysis and reporting. Required Qualifications: Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Salesforce features and capabilities. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Familiarity with data management and integration tools. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively. Experience analyzing complex business processes and implementing technical solutions. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Nice-to-Have: Experience working in a product-based Salesforce instance (though not required).
