From: Somya Shrivastava, Vyze inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Need Dl, copy and LinkedIn ID Job Title: PeopleSoft Analysis IV Dueration:6 Months Location: Madison, WI Candidate MUST be a WI resident Required skills: Must have Financial Functional Understanding of system data (Not just technical) Must have an understanding of GL and KK reporting Must understand Multiple Setids Preferred skills: Experience with Query Performance Issues Experience with nVision Will recommend and implement a reconciliation approach and methodology that uses/develops Standard Robust queries for agencies to perform system reconciliations and monitoring. Will review backlog of agency queries, evaluate current reconciliation methodologies, evaluate current queries, create new queries and potentially work with new nVision layouts. Will work with STAR Finance Team, SCO, and agencies for business requirements. Outputs: Reconciliation Queries by: GL Account Code, Fund, Appropriation, Operating Unit, & Department ID: GL to KK GL to Each Submodule (AR, BI, EXP, AP, AM, LA, PC, TR, CM, CST-ACCTG) Project Costing (PC) Reconciliation Monitoring queries Exception Reporting (E.g. Transactions not JGENed from a subsystem module. Budget Exceptions by module.) Potential partnership with the BI Team to use their front-end dashboard for presenting results. Updated query training material for section. Update documentation for query standards.
