Job Title: ETL Developer USC GCEAD H4EAD Near by relocation works Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week) NO GC for this role Job Description We are actively seeking a skilled ETL Developer to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing architectures, including Data Marts, as well as hands-on experience with modern data technologies like Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Snowflake. This hybrid role requires candidates to be local to the Richmond area and able to work onsite three days per week. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows to support data warehousing and data integration processes. Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions. Develop and optimize Data Marts to meet reporting and analytics needs. Utilize Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory for data processing, transformation, and pipeline automation. Work with Snowflake to design scalable and efficient cloud-based data warehouse solutions. Monitor ETL processes to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL workflows and data pipelines. Adhere to data governance and compliance standards, ensuring data security and quality. Required Qualifications Proven experience in ETL development and data warehousing architectures. Expertise in Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory. Hands-on experience with Snowflake for building data warehouse solutions. Strong SQL skills and experience with querying and manipulating large datasets. Familiarity with Data Mart design and implementation. Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles. Preferred Skills Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of Python or Scala for data processing. Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
