Role: Product Manager (Java legacy) Location: Austin, TX ( Remote ) Exp: 10 - 15 years Primary Skills: Product Development Lifecycle - Knowledge of the entire product development lifecycle, from idea generation through to launch and beyond for effective product management Effective Communication, convey ideas clearly, listen actively, and adapt communication styles to suit different audiences, from technical teams to non-technical stakeholders Problem-Solving Creativity, thinking outside the box, leveraging innovative thinking, and applying an analytical mindset to devise effective solutions Ability to remain flexible and adjust strategies in the face of changing circumstances JAVA - 1.8(and above), Struts - 1.3.8(and above), Servlet.jsp 2.3.FR(and above), Servlet API - 3.1.FR(and above), Tomcat8(and above), Oracle 11.2.x(and above), css, JavaScript, jQuery, DHTML Good proficiency in OOPS concepts with JAVA and knowledge of RESTful APIS Architecture Good understanding of design patterns Project management - Jira Build Automation Tool - Maven Control Versioning System - Git + GitHub Unit Testing - Junit + Mockito Functional testing - Postman, SoapUI Reports - Jasper CI/CD - Jenkins Project methodologies - Agile ( Scrum, Kanban) and Traditional (Waterfall).
