Position: AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) Engineer Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Responsibilities: 8+ years of experience in a technical support or system administration role. Proven experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Strong understanding of real-time monitoring concepts and tools. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with incident management and problem management processes. Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactively monitor the health and performance of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Provide real-time support and troubleshooting for AJO and AEP related incidents. Analyze system logs, metrics, and alerts to identify and diagnose issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, development, marketing) to resolve incidents and implement solutions. Document incident reports, root cause analysis, and knowledge articles. Contribute to the development and improvement of monitoring tools and processes. Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support coverage. Stay up to date on the latest AJO and AEP features, updates, and best practices.
